From a customer walking in to knowing who to call back next month. These are real screens from a running system — scroll at your own pace, nothing to install and no sound needed.
Everything starts here. Search a collection waiting to be picked up, search a buyer, or start a new sale. The month's takings sit on the right — what came in, what is still unpaid.

One button opens a blank sale. It begins as a walk-in — press F3 or click the name to attach a customer, and their whole history comes with them. Frame, right lens and left lens each get their own search, because that is how a dispense is actually built.

Items go on with the staff member who sold them, the points earned, and any discount applied to that line — here 8% off a titanium frame. Underneath, the collection is tracked: when it was promised, whether it has been picked up, and who handed it over.
Totals run along the bottom at all times — total, discount, net, deposit, points redeemed, paid, and the balance still owing.

Cash, bank transfer or card — and more than one on the same sale if that is what the customer hands over. Deposits are supported, loyalty points can be redeemed against the balance, and the receipt prints from the same window.

This is the part most systems leave out. Every customer overdue for an eye exam, ranked by what they spend with you — how long it has been, how many visits, and whether you have already contacted them. One tap opens WhatsApp with the message ready.
No list to maintain. It is worked out from your own sales history.

The same idea on the product clock. Contact lenses run out on a different schedule than frames, so each product type gets its own overdue window — and you can see what they bought last and when.
